The world brings its wares to Shanghai

France

France is the largest agricultural products exporter within the European Union. France is at present China's fourth largest trade partner in the EU. According to China's Ministry of Commerce, the bilateral trade value between China and France reached $62.9 billion in 2018, hitting a record high.

More than 70 French companies have signed up for this year's CIIE, with their total exhibition area reaching 14,000 square meters. With the Eiffel Tower model in the middle of the booth of the France pavilion, the exhibition area is divided into four major themes: health, sustainable cities, food and wine, and technology. Lectures and other activities will be held at the booth during the CIIE.
