Xi's speech on ethnic unity and progress published

BEIJING - A speech made by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, at a gathering to honor national role models for ethnic unity and progress has been published.

Xi, also Chinese president and chairman of the Central Military Commission, delivered the speech at the event held in Beijing on Sept 27.

The booklet, published by the People's Publishing House, is available at Xinhua Bookstore outlets across the country.
