OneSmart International Education Group Ltd, a NYSE-listed educational institution in China, will be committed to introducing AI technologies in order to strengthen its competitiveness in offering quality education programs.

According to OneSmart, AI technologies will be used in teaching to analyze the behavior of students and evaluate their learning efficiency, including brands like Happy Math and FasTrack English.

It will also adopt STEM in its FasTrack English, an English-teaching program which enables students to study English by programming, doing experiments and constructing 3D scenes in an immersive language learning environment.

Besides, OneSmart will adopt about 50 kinds of teaching tools in classes to improve the interaction between students and teachers. It will cooperate with an online educational platform, Family Education App, to offer online education services and educational lectures to parents.

According to Meng Xiaoqiang, its senior vice-president, the introduction of advanced technologies into quality education will help evaluate the teaching effect of classes and enhance the level of educational service. Apart from that, it can help students to form a better learning habit and achieve all-around development.

It will help students enjoy studying, enhance their creativity and confidence, said Wei Qiankun, marketing chief of the English teaching sector of OneSmart.

In recent years, quality education has become a main focus in China. The educational consumption upgrade of Chinese families has boosted the development of quality education, which offers a favorable environment for educational institutions to offer more quality education programs for students and introduce advanced technology to them to enhance teaching efficiency.
