Gyu Testu goes big with beef ribs

Gyu Testu has launched several new dishes for the summer. There are three types of beef short ribs. For one, the rib is marinated in sake and a special sauce, and is juicy and flavorful when barbecued. The beef soup with rice is the highlight as the soup is boiled with beef marrow and the meat in the soup is tender and smooth.
