China solicits public opinions on draft revisions of judicial authentication regulations

BEIJING -- China's Ministry of Justice on Thursday published draft revisions of registration management on judicial authentication agencies and personnel to solicit public opinions.
The draft regulations both said the key to judicial authentication reform is to establish improved and unified management system. A uniform set of standards, norms and methods concerning authentication techniques will be introduced, the drafts said.
Agencies and individuals who make false assessments will be held accountable for their legal liabilities, according to the drafts.
Organizations and individuals can submit their opinions on the draft revisions online before Sept. 15.
