Circular issued to encourage study on Xi's speech on Party building

BEIJING -- All Communist Party of China (CPC) organizations should earnestly study and implement the spirit of a recent speech made by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, on Party building in central Party and state institutions, said a newly-issued circular.
The document, issued by the leading group of the ongoing education campaign themed "staying true to our founding mission," called for efforts to effectively rectify outstanding problems in political, theoretical, organizational, conduct, and discipline building.
Engaging in attentive study of Xi's speech, central Party and state institutions as well as those at provincial or vice-provincial city levels should focus on solving their urgent problems in Party building and carry out themed study and investigation, it read.
