The artworks on the commemorative envelopes embody great feelings. Artists were inspired by the representative elements of their own countries, and collaborated to record the beautiful friendship between our people through art, said Wang in his opening remarks.

The event is also part of the celebrations to mark the 60th anniversary of China-Uruguay parliamentary friendly exchanges, Lugris said.

Next year, we will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of China-Cuba diplomatic ties, and meaningful events of this kind can keep deepening the friendship between the people in our two countries, Lisbet said.
