Japanese chain gets Beijing outlet

Toyko's popular tempura-bowl restaurant, Kaneko Hannosuke, is expanding to Beijing with its 23rd branch worldwide. According to Shinya Kaneko, founder of Kaneko Hannosuke, the restaurant is named after his grandfather, who created the recipe of their signature tempura bowl. The key to it is the special sauce. The best way to eat a tempura bowl is to eat the eel with the sauce first and then take a bite of the shrimp, followed by rice.
