Rural tourism helps to lift locals out of poverty in China's Ningxia

Tourists have a meal at a restaurant in Longwangba village of Xiji county in Guyuan, Northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region, Aug 30, 2018. Longwangba is located in Xihaigu, an impoverished mountainous region in Ningxia. In 2011, the village founded a cooperation to develop rural tourism, poultry farming and peony and organic strawberry planting. So far, Longwangba village has been lifted out of poverty.
