BEIJING -- The State Council, China's cabinet, announced the appointment and removal of officials on Tuesday.
Zhan Chengfu was appointed vice minister of civil affairs.
Zhu Hexin was named deputy governor of the People's Bank of China.
Shen Ying was appointed deputy director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
Liu Liehong was named deputy director of the Cyberspace Administration of China.
Dai Yingjun was removed from the post of deputy head of the National Administration for the Protection of State Secrets and was named deputy chief of the State Post Bureau, replacing Xing Xiaojiang.
