Fire engulfs factory in Shanghai, casualties unknown

SHANGHAI - A fire broke out in a factory in Fengxian district of Shanghai Wednesday afternoon, with casualties unknown, the local fire department said.
The factory belongs to Shanghai Xiangfeng Industrial Co. Ltd., whose business includes chemical material production.
