People browse books in a street library in New York. With a capacity of just 40 books, this funky freestanding library is the smallest in the world. Made from an inverted plastic tank and a wooden frame, visitors can stick their head in the Little Free Library and browse the books on a shelf that is sheltered from the elements. [Photo/IC]
