4.9-magnitude earthquake hits NW China's county: CENC

BEIJING - A 4.9-magnitude earthquake hit Yuli county in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region at 11:08 pm Thursday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter, with a depth of 12 km, was monitored at about 41.10 degrees north latitude and 87.65 degrees east longitude, the center said in a statement.
