Effective Communication Training

Effective Communication is designed to provide knowledge, tools, techniques and good practices for effective and efficient communication which applies to multiple dimensions, including Stakeholder Management, Manage Up, Peer Communication and Team Management. This training is meant for employees at the junior-middle levels, and will be delivered in Chinese.
