Traffic control authority: security risks, though not prohibited
Traffic control authorities note that the law does not prohibit riding a cow or other animals on the road, and non-motor vehicle lanes should be used. They did point out that riding animals could cause traffic safety risks to others as animals are easily frightened and traffic police will give preference to riders.
