Statistics from the 2014 National Game Industry Report have revealed that the number of mobile game users is estimated to be 330 million, 89.50 percent more than in 2013.

In the midst of a game industry boom, online game developers are facing a tough challenge to remain competitive and improving the quality of their online games.

Yi Lianhua is an entrepreneur in Chongqing's Liangjiang New Area and knows all too well the opportunities and challenges in the mobile game industry. Yi constructed a mobile game platform in Liangjiang's Northern Industrial District to improve the quality of online games.

Yi Lianhua graduated from university in 2011 before working in a real estate agency. Being optimistic of the Internet game industry, Li decided to quit his job and start his own online game project in Chongqing, despite his father's strong disagreement. "My father thought that entering the game industry means that I wouldn't get a proper job," said Yi. Yi went to Chongqing without his father's permission and launched a game workshop with his own savings.

After three years of effort, Yi gained a greater understanding of the games industry which has resulted in him putting more emphasis on customer experience and feedback.
