Uniforms for Tianjin Davos volunteers unveiled

Volunteer representatives of the 2014 Tianjin Summer Davos were given their uniforms at a recent press conference in the city.

The new uniforms which were unveiled have various styles for volunteers depending on their roles. Etiquette personnel will wear a white qipao with embroidery. A qipao is a typical Chinese clothing style known for its elegance.

A total of 890 outstanding young people were selected from more than 30,000 applicants to serve visitors from around the world in venues, transport hubs and public service booths, showing off the hospitality of the city.
