Changjiang Leasing starts its first bonded aircraft chartering in Dongjiang port

Two E190 airplanes left Tianjin for Shijiazhuang at 17:00 on Jan 12. It is the first bonded aircraft chartering business of Changjiang Leasing Co, Ltd which belongs to Hainan Airlines Group.

Under the great support of Tianjin Customs and the Tianjin Municipal Administration of Exchange Control, the two airplanes quickly finished all entry, customs declaration and foreign exchange payment procedures at the Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone.

It is the first practice for Changjiang Leasing to see the bonded leasing model. By now, 52 bonded aircrafts have been chartered and the assets of the bonded aircraft chartering have reached three billion dollars in the Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone.
