Booster of Long-March-3III rocket falls; 100,000 evacuated

 Debris from the Long-March-3III rocket, which launched from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center, southwest China's Sichuan province Sunday, is discovered in Renhuai, southwest China's Guizhou province. The booster from the rocket fell to earth seven minutes after lift-off and forced authorities to evacuate more than 100,000 people. There was no report of any casualties. [Photo/CFP] |
