Little water can be seen in some
parts of Irtysh River, NW China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Rigeon, July
17, 2007. Due to decreased rainfall in Xinjiang since late last year,
Irtysh River is facing severe drought and some reaches have dried up for
long. The river is the only one river flowing into Arctic Ocean in China.
