Ultra-Orthodox Hassidic Jews prepare matza, the cracker-like bread which will be eaten during the upcoming Jewish holiday of Passover, in a Bnei Brak bakery specialising in handmade bread in Tel Aviv March 29, 2007. Preparations are closely supervised to ensure the matza is unleavened in accordance with ritual law. Passover commemorates the flight of Jews from Ancient Egypt as described in Exodus.
