Four-day tour around Pu'er (1)

Day 1: Visit the Tropic of Cancer and Twins Culture parks. Lunch at Mojiang county. Visit Nakeli and tour around north Pu’er city, the Xima River and the Pu’er tea plantation and company. Dinner in the city. Enjoy the local artistic performances.

Day 2: Breakfast at hotel and lunch at Lancang county. Visit Ximeng county’s Likan Waterfall, Muyiji, Mengsuo Longtan Lake, and the Yongkeluo clan. Dinner at Ximeng county. Enjoy the local bonfire party.

Note:

The Likan scenic spot has the magnificent Likan Waterfall and the Va nationality rope bridge, predecessor of the modern bridge.

Mengsuo Longtan Lake is surrounded by mountains, and the sparkling wavy water merges with the skyline to create a charming landscape painting. There are also countless ox heads scattered among cliffs and ancient woods, creating an imposing ambiance.

The Yongkeluo clan preserves the world’s largest wooden drum.

Day 3: Breakfast at hotel. Visit Menglian county’s Xuanfu Chieftain Office, Golden Tower and Nayun ancient town. Lunch at Menglian, then visit Lahu Garden. Dinner at Lancang Jingmai Mountain. Stay at a local inn.

Day 4: Breakfast at the inn. Visit Jingmai Mountain’s Dapingzhang, Nuogan water village and the Blang nationality village. Lunch at Jingmai Mountain.

Note: Dapingzhang has beautiful landscape sceneries. The Nuogan village is home to Nuoxin Lake, the ancient Dai water village and the Nuogan Buddhist temple. The Blang village is home to the second generation of the Blang nationality.
