Lugu Lake infrastructure project gets approval

According to the approval made by the Yunnan provincial environmental department, the Lugu Lake scenic spot will build up infrastructures, including roads, movable toilets and parking lots. And it is required to protect Lugu Lake's water quality, wetland resources and the species of birds.

As many as 35.88 million yuan ($5.79 million) will be put into this infrastructure project, and 4.39 million yuan among it will be used for environment protection while construction, such as pollution environment damage control measures. 

As it knows, the function of water environment in Lugu Lake is the cleanest as class I, which must prohibit all types of sewage to access and conduct regular pollution treatment.
