◆Preparations

1. Carry your valid documents (including your ID card) when going out, inform your family about your travel plans and make sure you are reachable at any time, with your smart phone switched on.

2. Double check you have brought valid documents before going to the point of departure. Don't be late. If you take children with you, you should also bring your residence booklet or their original birth certificate.

3. It is recommended that you leave for the train station in advance, to avoid traffic jams.

4. Check the weather forecast. Bring umbrellas if necessary. Please dress comfortably. Soft-soled and comfortable shoes are recommended. No skirts or high heels.

5. Pack up your personal belongings plus common medicines (e.g. motion sickness pills). Don't forget to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, swimwear and slippers. Avoid wearing valuables or bringing large amounts of cash.

◆Safety precautions

1. Don't carry flammables and explosives, knives or similar items when taking trains and other transport. Don't ask someone else you don't know to take care of your luggage. Keep round-trip tickets available during the entire trip, as conductors will check them.

2. When on the bus, don't stand or walk about without authorization, nor smoke. Keep the environment clean.

3. During the trip, follow the instructions of the tour guide and mind your step. Keep away from dangerous or staff-only areas in scenic sites.

4. Swimming is not advised. Whoever wants a dip should consider their physical strength and skill and they should rent life jackets. Swimming after drinking and swimming outside the safety boundaries are prohibited.

5. Please take your valuables (cash, certificates, cameras, etc.) with you and don't leave them at scenic spots, dining tables, shopping stores, or small stalls.

6. Show respect for local traditions and ethnic customs. Be courteous to others and don’t harm the environment or cultural relics.

7. Please abide by team rules and closely follow team leaders and tour guides. Anyone normally unable to go out physically, must apply in writing and get signed approval by the tour leader and tour guide. If you leave the tour group without written consent, the travel agency will not be liable for any personal and property losses. Always have a companion during the trip.

8. Abide by laws and regulations and traffic rules. Be alert to fraud and protect your belongings from theft. No gambling or drugs.

9. Underage youths should obtain prior consent from the travel agency and be accompanied by a legal guardian during the trip. The guardian is responsible for the safety of the minors during travel.

10. Middle-aged and elderly people, especially those who are ill, must inform the travel agency of their condition and they should not push their body beyond its limits. Anyone feeling unwell should inform the tour guide immediately. The travel agency will not bear liable or responsible for the health problems of middle-aged and elderly tourists.

◆Instructions for board and lodgings

1. If there is no non-slip mat in the bathroom, please be especially careful when taking a bath to prevent accidents. The elderly should not bathe for too long in winter.

2. Avoid overindulgence of food and drinks. Don't eat something that might cause indigestion or an upset stomach. Please observe good hygene.
