The birth of Touchroad Group can be traced back to May 17, 2000, when Mr. He Liehui, the group’s founder, boarded a flight to Ghana to follow his dreams.
Born in China in 1976, He Liehui graduated from Shanghai Maritime University with a bachelor’s degree in Law in 1999 and is now pursuing a doctorate at Shanghai Normal University.
Touchroad Group was awarded “Advanced Enterprises in going global in Shanghai” by the Shanghai Association of International Economic and Technological Cooperation in 2009.
He Liehui, general representative of the Djibouti National Investment Promotion Agency, signed a strategic cooperative agreement with Zhang Jianxin, president of the Zhejiang Investment and Finance Association on Sept 29.
