Huang Enwei, born in April 1976, is a male of Han ethnicity from Liyang, East China's Jiangsu province. He entered the workforce in July 1999.
Huang is currently deputy head of Jiading district and head of the Jiading branch of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau. He manages social security administration and road transportation safety.
