Lijiang airport's tourist satisfactory rating reaches 98%

As of November 2011, the Lijiang Airport has guaranteed secure arrival and departure of 23,800 flights and received 2.64 million tourists. Its tourist satisfactory rating reached 98 percent with zero effective complaints, reported the 2012 Lijiang Airport Service Quality Annual Meeting.
