Lijiang Railway Station, a new landmark in west Yunnan

Lijiang Railway Station is the second largest railway station in Yunnan province.

The station covers a total area of 11,891 square meters. The waiting room on the first floor covers an area of 2,199 square meters with 600 seats and two automatic elevators to platforms 2 and 3.

The waiting room on the second floor covers an area of 2,581 square meters with 600 seats, and passengers can reach Platform 1 via the overpass. The ticket hall covers an area of 474 square meters with 19 ticket wickets, nine of which are currently in use. The station provides passengers with a very comfortable and pleasant environment and adequate security. There are supermarkets, a McDonalds and a teahouse, as well as a fire control system, air conditioning system and camera monitoring system.

The staff in the station is dedicated to providing great overall service for passengers. The station offers a guidance and consulting counter, special nursing services and wheelchairs for passengers in need. The station also holds a 10-minute English class for working staff every day to help communicate with the many foreign passengers visiting Lijiang. The attitude of the staff in Lijiang Railway Station is highly praised by passengers.
