Lijiang: a top 10 leisure town in China

The Old Town of Lijiang, which was often mistaken as a river only a few years ago, has now been listed as a World Historical and Cultural City by the United Nations.

The beautiful town, located in the northwest of Yunnan province, was famous in China as early as the Ming and Qing dynasties. The Black Dragon Pond in Dayan town, whose water is clean and fresh, is home to many fish, which can be clearly seen through the water.
