First Laojun Mountain Climbing Competition opens

The First Laojun Mountain Climbing Competition was held in Lijiang, China on Oct 26-28 with the arrival of 200 mountaineers. They participated in a mountain climbing competition by climbing 128 different routes with varying seven degrees of difficulty.

Laojun Mountain & Liming Scenic Area has received much attention from mountaineers all over the world. There are 100 routes for climbers and several books were published that wrote about climbing the mountain here.
