An investigation team from the China Pacific Construction Group, led by Li Yiyong, vice-president of the board and chief executive officer of the company, paid a visit to Yongsheng to investigate the county's infrastructure construction in the fields of education, culture and industry.
The government and enterprises reached consensus after a thorough negotiation, signing a 3 billion yuan intent framework cooperation agreement on the construction of infrastructure. The agreement lasts from 2012 to 2016.
Accompanied by Zhang Zuo, the head of Yongsheng County, Li Yiyong's team investigated five projects.
The two sides will begin an all-round, multi-layered and wide-ranging cooperation for mutual progress, striving to make positive contributions to the socio-economic development in Yongsheng while maximizing economic returns for the enterprise.
