A promotional conference was held by Zhangjiagang government at East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST) in Shanghai on Nov 28 in a bid to strengthen mutual cooperation and attract more talents.

During the conference, ECUST has signed two cooperation agreements with scientific companies in Zhangjiagang.

Zhangjiagang, a port city alongside Yangtze River, enjoys geographic advantages and has complete industrial foundations, high-quality entrepreneurship platforms and a series of supported policies for college students, attracting more graduates to the city.

In recent years, the port city paid more attention to enhance cooperation with universities to promote its high-quality development. The event aimed to lure more high-end talents to start up in Zhangjiagang.
