Xi Murong, a famous poetess in China, came to Inner Mongolia Normal University to give a lecture on "Poetry and Hometown" in the city of Hohhot, on April 21, and received a warm welcome from the students.

Xi Murong is a Mongolian nationality, and the grasslands of Inner Mongolia and Mongolian culture deeply influence her work. In the two-hour lecture, she spoke of her thoughts and sentimental attachment to her hometown in Inner Mongolia, from her specific, personal perspective.

This kind of face-to-face cultural exchange really moved and excited the students who had packed into the lecture hall.
