Visa-free transit:

There are eight airport shuttle bus lines from Changsha Huanghua International Airport to Changsha Railway Station and the South Bus Station linking to Changde, Zhuzhou, Yueyang, and other cities in Hunan. Small business vehicles are also available for foreigners wishing to visit major scenic spots in the province.
