Liuyang Gufeng Cave

Gufeng Cave is said to be the first karst cave in east of Hunan Province. It is located in Gaoping Village, Liuyang City (a county-level city), 30 km from downtown. It is a typical karst cave with a total area of 30,000 square meters. At the entrance to the cave, there is a tablet that can be traced back to the year 1799. The article engraved on the tablet was written by the monk who presided over Gufeng Temple. The article described the cave.
