A Huaqiao delegation participated in the Italy-Swiss Investment Symposium on March 12 to promote economic cooperation with enterprises in Italy and Switzerland.

The symposium – jointly held by the Suzhou municipal development and reform commission, Consulate General of the Republic of Italy in Shanghai, the Suzhou Overseas Investment & Development Association, and other institutions – provided 20 overseas investment projects covering machinery, medical treatment and environmental protection.

The Huaqiao delegation met with representatives from the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Fidinam R&T and Financial Technologies S.A. to introduce Huaqiao’s overall development and invite them to visit.
