Financial Park is the first national 3-star green building in Huaqiao. Covering an area of 160,000 square meters, the park has 29 buildings that have applied for 46 green architectural technologies and an intelligent management system.

The park has utilized low carbon and energy saving technologies such as earth source heat pump system, rainwater recycling, roof virescence, sun shading materials recycling, and water-saving irrigation to build green buildings. Its intelligent management system is composed of intelligent integration system, information technology system infrastructure, information technology application system, building management system, security protection system and emergency command system. The intelligent management system can handle various problems and provide complete infrastructure for customers and an efficient management platform for the park.
