The planning and construction bureau of Huaqiao International Service Business Park held a meeting regarding the second phases of the Hilton Hotel and Jinwei Square and invited relevant departments to give advice and suggestions.

Hilton Hotel Phase Two consists of two 22-story office buildings. The buildings are 100 meters high each and will occupy a total area of about 1.12 hectares and a floor area of 58,300 square meters. They will be located west of the Hilton Hotel and south of Metro Line 11.

Jinwei Square Phase Two will be located south of Metro Line 11 and consists of a 19-story office building. The building is 92 meters high, covering an area of about 1.57 hectares and a floor area of 56,000 square meters. The two projects will begin construction this year and finish in June 2015.
