The foundation stone-laying ceremony for the Gret International Rhine Mansion Project by Jiangsu Gret Investments was held in the headquarter park of HuaQiao International Service Business Park on July 28.

The construction of Gret International Rhine Mansion project is an important component of the construction plan for the headquarter base of the core districts in the Park. The total investment amount for the project is 200 million yuan.

The Mansion will be located to the north of Guangming Road and to the west of Xugong Bridge Road, occupying 12 mu (8000 square meters), with a floor space of 28,000 square meters. The construction cycle is estimated to last a year and a half, from July, 2010 to December, 2010. After the completion of the Mansion, Gret Investments will move its marking and operating departments there.

Zhang Jianwen and Tang Naixin, Deputy Directors of the Regulatory Commission of HuaQiao Economic Development Zone, attended the ceremony. Zhang Jianwen gave his congratulations on the start of the construction of Gret International Rhine Mansion project and expressed his hope that Gret Investments could accelerate the construction and strive for an early operation of the Mansion, adding vitality and vigor to the development of the Business Center.
