Under the effort of the House Rental Management Center at Huaqiao International Service Business Park, 132 apartment suites for employees were handed over at the end of August.

The apartments, located at Greenland Qihang Community, cover 8910 square meters. The House Rental Management Center has rented and purchased 90 thousand square meters, with two thirds for commercial use and one third for housing.

Thousands of employees from dozens of enterprises, including Capgmini, China Data Group, and Summit Software, have moved in for work or life.

The House Rental Management Center has stuck to the principal of serving the enterprises since its establishment. Another batch of apartments at Zhonghuan Square is expected to be delivered by the end of 2010.
