To ensure the safety at Huaqiao International Service Business Park all officials began to work the night shift under the lead of the managing committee of Huaqiao economic development zone, since last month.

The management departments and service departments work around the clock going beyond the regular eight hours. In case of emergency accidents, the staff from the management departments will arrive at the spot immediately and settle them. The residents can call them via 55251299.

There will be a shift team every night, consisting of a leader from the managing committee as well as three others from other bureaus, who need to carry out the night shift check and make detailed records.

In spite of that Huaqiao has gained great achievements over the past three years, Ren Xueyuan, director of the managing committee has been requiring that all communist party members and officials should work diligently and strive to seize opportunities during the financial crisis and seek new economic growth points to achieve better results.
