Second-hand housing sales have recently seen a steady increase at Huaqiao International Service Business Park.

According to Huaqiao Local Taxation Bureau, 240 suites of second-hand houses sold out in the first half year, with 14 in January, 16 in February, 33 in March, 71 in April, 43 in May and 63 in June.

The selling price of the units also saw a pronounced increase with farmers selling their houses at 2500 yuan per square meter in June, much higher than the price of 2200 yuan at the beginning of this year.
