Liuzhou contracted another 10 investment projects at the main conference hall of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region on the second day of the eleventh China- ASEAN Expo on Sept 18.
The total amount of investment has reached 16.8 billion yuan ($2.74 billion) including $1.2 billion for one foreign investment project and 9.62 billion yuan for nine domestic investment projects.
The newly contracted investment projects can be divided into three categories by different industries.
The investment amount of four industrial projects is 785 million yuan, including 310 million yuan investment from Kunming Fangda Chunying Company in Liubei district.
Four commercial projects have attracted 13.9 billion yuan investment including $1.2 billion from China Resources Land Limited Company to build the Liuzhou China Resources Center.
Moreover, the investment for two tourism development projects is 2.19 billion yuan, 1.59 billion yuan from Shanghai Road Tiger Investment Company and 600 million yuan from Jinchi Corporation (HK).
So far, together with the 10 projects contracted on the first day of the expo, the total amount of investment at the eleventh China-ASEAN Expo has reached 28 billion yuan, including industrial projects, commercial projects, agricultural projects, new energy projects and tourism development projects.
