The fourth China-Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Auto Expo confirmed its exhibiting enterprises on Sept 15. More than 150 enterprises will participate in the expo, including 11 from ASEAN countries.
The expo covers six sections: passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, auto parts, new energy vehicles, engineering machinery and agriculture machinery. The hall occupies 40,000 square meters, including an indoor area, an outdoor area and an open air area.
The current 50 brands and 45 enterprises participating in the expo of the passenger vehicle section include luxurious brands such as Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin and Maserati, and imported high-end brands such as Porsche, Mercedes and BMW, with an exhibiting area of more than 20,000 square meters.
A total of 85 enterprises will attend the auto parts exhibition, 48 of them from Guangxi, with others from Beijing, Guangdong and 13 other provinces. Eleven enterprises from ASEAN countries will also participate in this section.
The new energy section occupies 2,500 square meters, and is a new section in the expo. It will promote the development of the new energy vehicle industry in Guangxi, improve research and development as well as the sales of new energy vehicles.
The agriculture machinery expo hall mainly exhibits sugarcane producing machinery, with 16 participators in a 2,500 square-meters area.
As for engineering machinery, Liugong Machinery Corporation, Dongfeng Liuzhou Motors Corporation and another five enterprises in Liuzhou will turn up for the expo.
