Artist's rendering of Hechi high-speed rail station revealed

An artist's impression of Hechi Station on the Guiyang-Nanning High-speed Railway has been released, Hechi Daily reported on March 11.

Hechi Station, located near the Dongjiang town industrial park in Jinchengjiang district, enjoys convenient transportation as it is 10 kilometers away from downtown Jinchengjiang, 16 km away from Huanjiang Maonan autonomous county and 45 km away from Yizhou district.

The total building area of the station will be limited to 12,000 square meters, and the station will have three platforms, seven rail tracks and two underground passenger tunnels with a width of 8 meters.

Currently, a total excavation of 1.18 million cubic meters for the station construction and 220,000 cubic meters of in-filling has been completed.

Guiyang-Nanning High-speed Railway, covering a total operational length of 510.3 km, will build eight new passenger stations including the Huanjiang Station, Hechi Station, Yong'an Station and Du'an Station.

Hechi is located in the northwestern part of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region and the southern foothills of the Yungui Plateau.
