Hechi in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region opened two hotlines on Feb 9 to provide psychological assistance services for people during the period of the control and prevention of the novel coronavirus.

The services aim to alleviate the psychological pressure caused by the epidemic and prevent emergencies caused from psychological pressure.

One hotline, +86-778-2770112, is connected to the Fourth People's Hospital of Hechi and will be available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, while the other one, +86-778-3220120, is hosted by the Sixth People's Hospital of Hechi and offers 24-hour service.
