A forum was held on March 7 in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, to promote the growth of female talents, on the eve of International Women's Day on March 8.

Inspirational speeches at the forum were given by 10 female representatives, sharing their experiences and thoughts on modern working practices.

Jointly organized by Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee Leading Group Office for Talents and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Women's Federation, the forum also commended 109 woman pace-setters and 60 advanced groups in the region.

Wang Gebing, chairwoman of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Women's Federation, said that 2016 will be full of opportunities for the talent development of Guangxi women.

The autonomous region as a whole is focusing on female talent development by aiming to provide favorable economic and social environments to stimulate competitiveness.
