Full-blown flowers in Zhanjiang attract visitors
Updated: 2016-03-03
Blooming flowers at the Sino-Australian Friendship Garden in Zhanjiang have prompted more visitors as they hope to enjoy the start of spring.
The garden's 5,000-square meter field of coreopsis has proved to be one of the biggest attractions and most attractive features.
Since its establishment in 2007, the park has become a symbol of the friendship between Zhanjiang and the northern Australian city of Cairns, representing the garden characteristics of the two countries. The two cities have enjoyed a sister city relationship since 2005.
