Zhong Han Di is the ancestral house of Lee Kuan Yew, who is the first prime minister of Singapore and incumbent Minister Mentor.

It is located at Dangxi Village, Gaopo Town on the west bank of the middle reaches of Hanjiang River. It was built in the 10th year of Emperor Guangxu’s reign in the Qing Dynasty (1884) by Li Yuwen, Lee’s great grandfather.

It is a Hakka residential building with a “tiger-down-the-mountain” style and adopts a brick-wood structure. Zhong Han Di covers a total area of 230 square meters and the building itself accounts for 180 square meters.. In Zhong Han Di, there is an exhibition hall displaying information about the life of Lee Kuan Yew.
