On 29 December, 2015, Chen Xiaohua, Vice President of CGGC and Chairman of CGGC International, met with Lt. Gen Omar Mahmood Hayat, Chairman of Board of Directors of Pakistan Ordnance Factories at CGGC International.

Chen extended a warm welcome to Lt. Gen Omar Mahmood Hayat and the others in the delegation, expressed gratitude to the Government of Pakistan for its longtime strong support for development of CGGC in Pakistan and praised Lt. Gen Omar Mahmood Hayat for his concerns about and attentions to investment projects in civil explosion in Pakistan. Chen made a brief introduction to the development process, overall strength and global layout of CGGC and its representative international projects undertaken and elaborated its development in the market of Pakistan. He said that as an important nation along the "Belt & Road" and strategic state of "China-Pakistan Economic Corridor", the Pakistani market had always been highlighted by CGGC willing to proceed with the tradition of bilateral friendly cooperation for a long time, give full play to CGGC advantages in outstanding technology, management, investment and financing, further participate in Pakistan's energy infrastructure investment and construction and benefit the people of Pakistan. Lt. Omar spoke highly of CGGC's contribution to economic growth in Pakistan and appreciated CGGC's comprehensive strength and its achievements in international business. The Government of Pakistan welcomed CGGC's sustainable involvement in Pakistani energy infrastructure construction and investment, he said, and expressed his concerns about investment progress in civil explosion projects in Pakistan. Relevant ministries and commissions were expected to further enhance their communications with CGGC and render assistance and support for CGGC in its business development, said Lt. Omar.
After the meeting, both parties witnessed the signing of cooperation framework agreement in civil explosion investment project between Pakistan's Wah Nobel (Private) Limited and Gezhouba Explosive Co., Ltd.. The two companies are to work together in Pakistan to carry out civil explosion investment.
President Fu Jun, General Manager Li Hongbing and Vice General Manager Deng Xiaoying of Gezhouba Explosive Co., Ltd. and Jia Ancheng, Vice President of CGGC International attended the activity.
